Evaluation and Improvement of Shifting Quality of the Vehicle Gearbox from the Perspective of Sustainable Development in China’s Vehicle Industry

Energy saving and environmental protection are still two important themes in the vehicle industry. The recent rapid transition energy markets technological advances demand-side interventions have renewed attention on driving behavior of consumers. inappropriate gearshift performance gearbox would not only increase fuel consumption, but also interfere with driver’s emotional state, so that driver is easy to feel uncomfortable boring, thus further affecting consumption. Hence, based necessity improving gearbox, this study adopts GSA test technology problems existing shifting quality commercial vehicle, as achieve high efficiency low It could establish subjective objective evaluation criteria vehicles determined by test, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for optimal design products performance. Then, technicians formulate corresponding shift manipulating schemes matching steps accordingly, reach required technical indexes power, stability transmission whole system, providing direction reducing consumption emissions, vehicle.
